A heat pump moves heat from the outside air into your home with very high efficiency, providing heating, cooling and hot water from a single system. Dalia Enerji designs, sizes, installs and commissions air-to-water (underfloor, radiator, domestic hot water) and air-to-air (split / VRF) heat pumps for villas, apartments and businesses. Every 1 kW of electricity yields 3–5 kW of heat or cooling — meaningfully cutting your bills versus oil, LPG or resistance heating.

Is non-destructive water leak detection really possible?
Yes. With acoustic listening devices, pressure testing and thermal imaging combined, we pinpoint the leak. Only that spot needs to be opened — your whole wall is not broken.
Why has my water bill spiked?
The most common cause is a hidden leak: a constantly running cistern, a leaking joint behind a wall or a burst on a garden irrigation line. If your meter spins when all taps are closed, get a leak inspection.
How long does leak detection take?
For a standard apartment, detection usually takes 30 to 90 minutes. Villas, complexes and more complex plumbing may take longer. We share an estimated duration before starting.
Is leak detection free?
Initial phone/WhatsApp assessment is free. On-site inspection and equipment-based detection are paid; however we share a transparent quote up front and never start work without your approval.
How fast can you unclog a drain?
Standard sink or bathroom blockages are usually solved within 30 minutes. Main lines and complex drains may take longer depending on the blockage.
What should I do in case of a flood?
First close the building's main water valve and, if possible, turn off the main electrical switch. Then call us — we guide you through first-response steps on the phone and arrive as quickly as possible.
